about tracy.
Hi, I’m Tracy Moser. I’m an artist and deep feeler disguised as a practical woman with a structured day job and a wild imagination after hours. A poet with paint.
My paintings are layered conversations - between grief and wonder, discipline and intuition, logic and mystery. I write, collage, drip, spray paint onto the canvas, and let what’s meant to stay reveal itself. Foxes, florals, various wildlife, and symbols I don’t always fully decode at first glance - they arrive before I name them.
I am not interested in perfect. I am interested in true.
I know what it means to rebuild more than once. To be both steady and undone. To hold stories that aren’t always spoken out loud - and to honor them anyway. That’s why I paint the way I do: honest, layered, resilient, and a little bit enchanted.
I live and work in rural North Dakota, splitting time between a full-time role in healthcare revenue cycle and a studio filled with music, paint-stained brushes, and half-finished ideas waiting for their turn. I welcome curious beginners into creative play and seek to remind people - gently and boldly that it’s never too late to reclaim wonder.
If my work speaks to you, then I trust it’s for a reason.
Welcome to my den. Stay as long as you want.
